Really? I am sure that was the thought that went through Luke's head as his Dad went to the front of the primary room and placed him in front of the microphone. He was asked to give the scripture during sharing time. Being a Sunbeam, he had no idea why he was up in the front. While Jamie opened his scriptures Luke grabbed the microphone, pulled it down to his mouth and said "yabba dabba, yabba do yabba". There were a lot of giggles. I was in the back trying my best to not laugh too loud. My stomach actually hurt from holding in the loud laughter. Jamie then sweetly whispered the scripture into Luke's ear and he repeated it. I love seeing Jamie with the kids, he just has this gentle way with them that they are eager to do what he says. Anyway, the kids still giggled but that did not matter, Luke did not mind. He ran to the back and gave me a big monster hug and said "I did it Mommy!" On the way home Aubree was offended that some kids were laughing at Luke, I explained to her they thought he was cute. I asked her if she laughed and she admitted she did. It was cute and I was so happy that he got up there and did it!
